Birth Doula Support in Newberg, Oregon
Steady, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Every birth experience is different. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and grounded as you prepare for birth and navigate the early postpartum period.
Support That Centers You
Pregnancy and birth can bring excitement, uncertainty, questions, and a lot of decisions. You deserve support that makes space for all of it.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own body and experience. I am here to listen, help you understand your options, prepare alongside you, and offer steady physical and emotional support throughout the process.
With more than a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork, along with training in birth doula care and prenatal, birth, and postpartum massage, I bring a body-aware and nervous-system-informed approach to doula support.
How I Can Support You
Prenatal Support
Time to build trust, talk through your hopes and concerns, explore your options, and prepare for labor and birth together.
Labor & Birth Support
Calm, continuous support through labor, including positioning, movement, massage, comfort techniques, and guidance for your partner.
Postpartum Support
Support for recovery, adjustment, emotional well-being, and settling into life with your baby and growing family.
A Body-Aware Approach to Birth Support
My background in therapeutic massage, yoga, and nervous system support shapes the way I work as a doula.
Labor is a deeply physical experience, but it can also be emotional and unpredictable. I pay close attention to what helps you feel safe, grounded, and connected to your body. Depending on your needs, that may include movement, positioning, massage, breathing, quiet reassurance, or simply having a calm person nearby who understands your preferences.
My goal is not to direct your birth. It is to help you feel supported as you move through it.
