My therapeutic massage sessions are designed to help you release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect with your body in a supportive way. Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment, blending effective structural work with a focus on creating more ease. I aim to provide deep, effective bodywork that is welcomed by your nervous system rather than overwhelming it.
Sessions may include a blend of:
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Trigger Point Therapy
• Myofascial Release
• Cupping
• Gua Sha
• Intuitive, therapeutic touch
This work can be especially supportive for:
• Chronic tension & pain
• Stress & nervous system dysregulation
• Postural imbalances
• Repetitive strain
• Pregnancy & postpartum recovery
• Feeling disconnected or overworked in your body
I also love offering practical tools you can carry into daily life, including stretches, self-release techniques, movement suggestions, and ergonomic adjustments to help extend the benefits of your sessions beyond the treatment room.
My intention is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience more ease in both body and mind.

Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating the early years of motherhood, sessions are designed to meet you where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Prenatal sessions support the changing structure of the body, easing discomfort, and creating space for both relaxation and connection with your baby.
Postpartum sessions focus on recovery, integration, and support for the physical and emotional shifts that follow birth.
Massage can help your body find balance and rest during a time that can often feel depleting or overwhelming. I also offer guidance for positioning, daily movement, and recovery support so you feel more resourced outside the session as well.

My hope as a doula is to provide you with a space where you feel safe and supported throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Each person’s experience is unique, and I love blending your personal strengths and what resonates with you with what I can offer through education, bodywork, and nurturing support.
I offer prenatal and postpartum doula services, as well as on-call labor support, for families in the Newberg, McMinnville, and the greater Portland area.
Packages are customized based on your needs—please reach out for availability and options.
In most cases, your health insurance covers a doula. Effective January 2026 Oregon passed a bill that mandates most private health insurance to cover prenatal, birth and postpartum doula care. This includes OHP/Medicaid. Should you not have coverage through insurance, I offer custom packages based on your needs, and offer a sliding scale to help make support more accessible to all.
I offer a free consultation to see if my support feels like a good fit, please reach out if you would like to discuss and have any initial questions , I am available to chat all things birth and pregnancy and provide any resources I can offer!

My intention is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience more ease in both body and mind. I recognize that bodywork can feel deeply vulnerable, and I strive to ensure that every person feels respected, comfortable, and supported throughout our work together. I welcome people of all body types, backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and I strive to approach each session with care, collaboration, and respect for your boundaries and comfort level.
Questions, communication, and feedback are always welcome. I do my best to accommodate individual needs and sensitivities whenever possible, including concerns around modesty, pressure preferences, sensory sensitivities, sound, scent, temperature, positioning, or other comfort needs.
My priority is helping you feel as safe, supported, and at ease as possible during your session.
My path into this work began while studying Psychology in college, when I discovered yoga and experienced firsthand how profoundly it could shift both body and mind. That curiosity led me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and eventually to graduate from East West College in 2014, where I began what has now become more than a decade of hands-on work in massage therapy.
Over the years, my work has evolved to blend therapeutic bodywork with nervous system awareness, intuitive care, and a collaborative approach that honors each person’s unique experience in their body.
After the birth of my first son in 2021, my focus expanded into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. I trained as a Birth Doula and completed additional training in prenatal, birth, and postpartum massage. Supporting women and families through this transformative season of life has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
Outside of bodywork, I enjoy restorative yoga, cooking and baking, and spending time outdoors with my husband and two sons. Originally from New England, I’ve called the Pacific Northwest home for over 12 years.
